Understanding the Booking Process:
Planning a destination wedding requires preparation. To ensure smooth execution, we follow a structured booking process.
Step 1 – Confirm Your Wedding Date
Once you’ve finalized your preferred wedding dates, your booking can be confirmed with a 25% advance payment of the total billing.
Please note: This booking amount is non-refundable.
Step 2 – 60 Days Before the Wedding
A further 50% payment is required 60 days before your wedding functions.
By this stage, our planning team begins coordinating accommodation, guest arrangements and operational requirements.
Step 3 – Final Payment
The remaining amount is payable 15 days before the event, which allows our team to finalize every aspect of your celebration well in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that wedding plans can occasionally change. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain transparent and fair.
- Cancellation Less Than 60 Days Before the Event – 50% of the total billing will be retained.
- Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before the Event – 100% of the total billing will be retained.
We recommend confirming guest numbers and wedding schedules as early as possible.
Resort Policies:
To ensure a comfortable experience for every guest, we request all families to meet the following conditions:
- Pets are not permitted within the resort

In order to book your wedding dates, a non-refundable advance deposit of 25% of the total bill amount is necessary. There are additional deposits to be made 60 days and 15 days prior to your event.
It is recommended to book your wedding at least 6 to 12 months ahead, especially during peak wedding season.
In the event that the wedding has been cancelled within 60 days of the event, 50% of the entire billings will be retained. Cancellation made within 15 days of the wedding will attract 100% retention of the entire billing.
